Rumour has it we are after Will Hughes, a wonder kid from Derby. Why not? Talking of £10M, a little high, but if the kid's good, let's get him signed. Much rather a great kid than some mercenary looking after his own pocket and a bigger pay packet!
The Villa result should tell us where we are at the mo, they too are a young side, pacey and exciting and unlucky to lose to Chelsea.
Good luck everyone, let's hope we get the 3 points!

So, FSG not so evil after all. Stadium extension on its way, money spent on recruitment and now Klopp! I'm sure my fellow REDS will find something to whinge about. soon.

Sorry guys, wasn't going to have kneejerk reaction but BR has become an open wound that does not close or heal.
Loaning out all our POTENTIAL talent! Talent he bulls---ed the fans about and his normal smarmy way.
Enough! Owners can't see all this and just ignore. It's not bad business, its terrible business. Illori gone with the option to buy? Why buy this poor lad? He was one of the players of the U23 tournament in the summer wasn't he?
Bad management again and again. Too much wrong to fit into one post. BR must leave, period.
Benteke will be his only striker until we play Carlise, I bet.
He is getting exposed. Suarez made him look good, Sterling carried the team last year but this year we look impotent, lob-sided and bereft of ideas against defensive teams while our strikers sit on the bench. I bet he is cursing Sturridge for getting fit!
Owners must do something before our team is damaged beyond repair or more better players begin to leave. BR's B.S. does not work anymore.
And it's only 3 games in. depressing days ahead unless.

Impotent and predictable. in everyday words; Rubbish! We made Hull look good, we make everyone look good. What happened to the energy and pace? Are the players really interested? Will FSG risk their millions with BR when it looks like players can't wait for the summer?
Teams have sussed us out and our coaches have no plan B. Stating the obvious, yes, but I'm absolutely gutted after this display. Getting top4 is not that difficult despite what the experts say but not with displays like this. Too late now, another season wasted, millions down the drain. solutions?

I am sorry to say that some of the posts sound like they were written by a bunch of school boys arguing in the playground.
Who would we get if FSG sack BR? Some of the candidates mentioned are hilarious. Klinsman, Simeone, Klop. ? Get real, will you?
As long as BR stops going to the media and predicting we'll come 2nd (remember?) we wil be ok. I for one still think we will sneak top4 looking at the other teams' fixtures, but who knows.
Everyone's on about reality checks yet they go on about players or managers that are perhaps, for the moment at least, out of our reach. My hope of top4 included in the above but we've had 2 bad results, just 2. And it ain't over till it's over so keep the faith, stop having a go at players and BR and judge once the fat lady has sung (sorry about that).
Come on Brethren and sisters, keep the faith. And that is someone who lives among Arsenal fans!!! Man, it's torture, but I will endure and hope to triumph! (Sorry again)

Lot of defensive mistakes, some of our guys are sometimes like a liability. can't name names. let's see what the second half has in store.

Pirate old mate and fellow fan,
BR himself mentioned 'marquee' signings not the fans. He said now we have the squad player such as Aspas (whom I think is GREAT) etc, it's time to bring in the marquee signings that would walk into the first team than be a squad member.
Ultimately, we all want success for our team and it's good that we won't be hold to ransom but there comes a time when BR may say we need a player for us be complete (maybe that time hasn't come yet)
I personally would promote kids like Ibe and let him loose on defenders.

Yes, very nice about Agger! I hated the cowboys as much as the next LFC fan, but surely FSG KNEW THEY MUST invest and specualte if the want to accumulate! And don't mention money for Carroll, downing and Henderson. now is the time to spend and bring in quality otherwise we will realise this when it's too late and it's another season of 'TRANSITION'. how long does a team spend in transition. (watch this Space, mate. YNWA)
Looks like every player we're after wants more money than we offer! Are we the lowest payer of the big 6 or 7 or 8? Hope there's not anything wrong. Willan is a very very good player. I saw him give chelsea the run around last year. it's just as soon as any of the big boys come in we are out of the equation. you must ask why, not criticise them now that they don't come to us.
