Not long after klopp made his announcement I had a small wager on Gary O’Neil being announced as the new manager! I’d definitely prefer him to a lot of the names being touted about, I’d rather give him a couple of seasons and potentially wait for xabi, I 100% understand his decision to stay at Bayern and admire the loyalty he is showing, guaranteed next season will be far more difficult than this. I can see Edward’s and the new S. D going for an up and coming British manager with premier league experience.

Dear god what a dire game that was, so frustrating it's unreal. I just want the end of the season to come now.

After the early goal I really believed we could do it, stupid on my part I know but come on, we should've been at them full throttle but instead we kept buggering about doing absolutely nothing. It was almost as if we didn't want to score another?

1 goal (a pen) in three games, we're in trouble, real trouble. Bring on next season already. We need big changes and I fear it won't be an easy quick fix.

This is shocking. First 15 mins were excellent, there was a hope based on that start this was going to be a fast and furious attacking game . But no, after we go a goal up back to this tripe . Subjected to more of that Lijders ball rubbish we seem to like to play now. Got what we deserved out of this tie, nothing truly a shame as the coaches don't seem to see what we all can, this is not how you play football.

Dreadful to watch
It's live we've never played together before, the forwards are so disjointed, the midfield next to non existent. The defence everywhere.
a month ago i thought we could do well in the CL with our quality. now we'd struggle in the championship.
